Ready, Set...

Bags are packed- each weighing in at 45 lbs ish. I even made this laptop case for my travels- why it hasn't been done before I'm not sure but it's a good idea then and now. Everything feels ready. Most of my trunks are filled with goodies to give away-which I think is far better than keeping stuff for yourself.  We leave on Tuesday at 11am and will reach Abuja on Wednesday evening. And Emi-Woro on Thursday! I talked with Salihu today, so did my mom, that was special, to hear her attempt the pigeon language :) I guess we have a new boarding student waiting for us- a girl! Guess what her name is......Aisha! I smiled too. I'm still praying for the opportunity to teach. Looking forward to time in the camps, time with friends. Each time back feels more relaxed than the last-there is so much known now. My hope is to do frequent newsletters while I'm away, I'd be happy to add you to the list. Thanks for your prayers and support for both us and our friends. Students will continue to travel and return to school these next couple of weeks, just like us, pray for protection.
